As an operations and management Director, Jessica brings with her extensive experience in leadership, department and project oversight, strategic account management, and training from her time in both the Healthcare and Education sectors. She joined the Elite Medical Scribe team as the Director of Operations in April 2016 and, previously, spent five and a half years in the scribe industry working in a multitude of roles for Los Angeles-based Medical Scribe Systems. Working first as a Chief Trainer & Medical Scribe in the Emergency Department, Jessica came to the industry while pursuing her desire to become a physician. Though medicine is something intensely important to her, she began to notice that business and leadership were areas that deeply captured her interest. From there, she spent countless hours in progressive leadership roles trying to absorb as much business knowledge from her colleagues and clients as possible! Along the way, she has been lucky to learn from strong, professional mentors and, pulling from her time working in Higher Education and Residence Life, used those experiences to help enact her passion for team dynamics and mentorship into the business world. Jessica is thrilled to be a part of the Elite Medical Scribe team and looks forward to adding to its formidable force in the industry.
